Complaints procedure
Sometimes you are not satisfied with the way things worked out. Please first talk to talk to us about your complaint.

If talking didn’t help, you can always file an official complaint. You can submit your complaint in writing and file your complaint per email. If you need help writing such a letter, you can download a sample letter via the National Healthcare Report Centre (Landelijk Meldpunt Zorg).
